Our name “Subtoco” is short for Subject to Contract. Our firm and has grown out a real need for clients to better understand the opportunities available to them from upgrading their current property or perhaps the property they will be purchasing.

Subtoco works in close partnership with Property Health Check carried out work on planning applications for new properties and property renovations, building surveys, building inspections and other real estate needs, including buying, selling, leasing of residential and commercial property.
